A bunch of Xbox gamers used to bash PC gamers for complaining when MW2 ditched the dedicated servers, now they know why those complains are valid. How that they give all the players the option to have dedicated servers.
Still love to be able to play CoD4 on dedicated servers on PC. A regular vanilla server for 18 players or a special custom server with 50 players.
I am not preordering or buying MW3 until dedicated servers are confirmed for this game. Battlefield 3 here I come. Bought Battlefield 2 recently and its gonna take getting used to but I’m doing it.

This ain’t Burger King you cant have it your way, but hopefully they do put them in. I wonder how they will work in private matches. I also agree about the maps they’re ridiculous big now, they need to go back To COD4 style maps and everything.
I used to love CoD, and I still do to a degree. The gameplay is fun in an arcade-y way… that is, as long as everything runs the way it should. Unfortunately that is often not the case. We need to get the message out there to Treyarch and Activision for dedicated servers. We can’t keep quiet and we can’t just troll and accuse each other of being bad players, because nothing gets accomplished. This is a real game crippling issue that must be addressed.

Everyone should boycott MW3 if we don’t get what we want. Why should we pay for something that just infuriates us? And let’s be honest, that might be what it takes.
IW already said they won’t rebuild their engine like the BF3 team did because they are lazy and it takes too much work. If that’s the case, why should we give them our money? They make enough money, it’s time for them to go out of business or it’s time for us to get a decent game. lol

I can cay….I get disconnected when I play 1/3 games in BlackOps. Why? Because I kill someone and they ragequit like a jack ass.
I’m buying BF3 either way, but if I find MW3 to be without dedicated servers and like BO….no way will I play it for a year or two. One problem is IW needs to incentive. Too many people are into the name instead of quality gameplay and getting disconnected is not a part of “quality.”
